This report provides proposals for approval for the renewing Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) made under the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014. Under the legislation the orders have to be renewed every 3 years. The PSPOs are for Somerset North (former Sedgemoor area) and relate to dog control detailed below:
