For Cornwall and the Council of the Isles of Scilly Adoption Service to be accepted as a full member of Adopt South West, of which Somerset are already a part of. Creating a pan-regional approach, embedding best practice across the Adopt South West region and a system which will benefit and meet the needs of children and families.
