To receive any apologies for absence and notification of substitutions.

Apologies were received from Councillors Andy Hadley, Ross Henley, Dave Mansell, Derek Perry, Steven Pugsley, Rosemary Woods, and Gwil Wren.

To approve the minutes from the previous meeting.

Resolved that the minutes of the Planning Committee - West held on Tuesday 20 August 2024 be confirmed as a correct record.

To receive and note any declarations of interests in respect of any matters included on the agenda for consideration at this meeting.

To consider an application for change of use of land for the siting of 10 No. tents for holiday occupancy along with moveable WC/Shower facilities, formation of reinforced grass parking area and landscaping on land at Sweethay, Trull.

The Chair of the Planning West Committee, Councillor Simon Coles, read out the statement from Development Management Team Leader, Paul Sherman, confirming that this item was deferred to allow for further consideration of the potential phosphate impacts arising from the development.
