associated works. Land to the South-East of Snipefield Land,
Wedmore, Somerset BS28 be GRANTED planning permission
against officer recommendation. -Standard time limit - Standard compliance with submitted drawings - Securing suitable standards for the vehicular access in respect of width and consolidated surfacing. - Parking area to be kept clear of obstruction. - Standard BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) condition - Submission and approval of CEMP (Construction Environmental Management Plan) prior to commencement of development. - Submission and approval of external lighting scheme. - Submission and approval of landscaping scheme
