The Committee, having considered and discussed the reports, agreed to:

 

Approve the new Pensions Discretions Policy;

 

Apply the Local Government Pensions Scheme Pensions Discretion R21 (4)(a)(iv), 21(4)(b)(iv) and 21 (5) under the Council’s Discretions Policy;

 

Apply the Local Government Pensions Scheme Pensions Discretion R21(5A) and 21 (5B) under the Council’s Pensions Discretions Policy.

To receive a verbal update from the Service Director of Workforce.
