Decision:

Following consideration of the officer report, appendices and discussion, the Executiveagreed:

 

•       The award of contracts of insurance for a period of three years from 1 April 2023 (with the option of a four-year extension), There is a critical need to ensure that insurance cover is in place by this date.

 

•       That Appendix A be treated in confidence, as the case for the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing that information.

 

•       That the award for Lots 3 and 4 be delegated to the Lead Member for Finance and Human Resources.
