Minutes from the meeting held on 24 September 2021 The Board is asked to confirm that the draft minutes of the previous meeting are accurate or to agree any amendments that are necessary. Decision: Cllr D Mansell reminded SWP about bringing reports about the reuse shop and carbon capture information to a future meeting. The managing director of SWP informed the board that a members briefing would be circulated and a presentation will come to a future meeting.

Decision: Cllr T Ronan ask for clarification on the recycling materials that have been shipped overseas to Romania in light of the national media on this offer and assort insurances this was not coming from Somerset.
