Declarations of Interest

Details of all Members’ interests in District, Town and Parish Councils can be viewed on the Council Website at

County Councillors membership of Town, City, Parish or District Councils and this will be displayed in the meeting room (Where relevant).

 

The Statutory Register of Member’s Interests can be inspected via request to the Democratic Service Team.

Minutes from the meeting held on 24 September 2021 pdf icon PDF 116 KB

The Board is asked to confirm that the draft minutes of the previous meeting are accurate or to agree any amendments that are necessary.

Decision:

Cllr D Mansell reminded SWP about bringing reports about the reuse shop and carbon capture information to a future meeting. The managing director of SWP informed the board that a members briefing would be circulated and a presentation will come to a future meeting.

 

The minutes of the meeting were confirmed as correct record and were signed by the Chair

Cllr T Ronan ask for clarification on the recycling materials that have been shipped overseas to Romania in light of the national media on this offer and assort insurances this was not coming from Somerset.
