To receive any new declarations of interest.

 

Details of all Members’ interests in District, Town and Parish Councils can be viewed on the Council Website at

County Councillors membership of Town, City, Parish or District Councils.

The Statutory Register of Member’s Interests can be inspected via request to the Democratic Service Team.

There were no new declarations of interest.

The minutes were approved, with a few minor corrections noted, as an accurate record of the meeting.

Minutes:

Judith Goodchild of Healthwatch, advised that she had attended the last meeting; this will be corrected.  Mark Leeman of Somerset West and Taunton District Council advised of minor corrections to the agenda item on Homelessness.  The minutes were approved with those alterations.

·       Received the information about the requirement to develop an integrated care strategy  

·       Endorsed the Fit for my Future strategy as our Somerset Integrated Care Strategy 

·       Agreed that they will receive the Somerset strategy at the January 2023 meeting 

·       Agreed that the five-year joint forward plan will be a system plan inclusive of health and care

·       Received and consider the 2021/22 SSAB Annual Report

·       Continued to promote adult safeguarding across the County Council and in the services that are commissioned.

The Health and Wellbeing Board and Integrated Care Partnership received information on the future issues to be brought before the Board and the process for doing so.

The Health and Wellbeing Board and Integrated Care Partnership noted that a SEND workshop and a JSNA workshop were held in September and October 2022.
