Declarations of Interest

Details of all Members’ interests in District, Town and Parish Councils can be viewed on the Council Website at

County Councillors membership of Town, City, Parish or District Councils and this will be displayed in the meeting room (Where relevant).

 

The Statutory Register of Member’s Interests can be inspected via request to the Democratic Service Team.

The Committee will consider the accuracy of the attached minutes (to follow).

The Chair will allow members of the public to present a petition on any matter within the Committee’s remit. Questions or statements about the matters on the agenda for this meeting will be taken at the time when the matter is considered and after the Case Officers have made their presentations. Each speaker will be allocated 3 minutes. The length of public question time will be no more than 30 minutes.

Decision:

(a) that the application to add a bridleway between H and K as shown on Appendix 1 to the Service Manager – Rights of Way’s report be refused

 

(b) that an Order be made, the effect of which would be to add to the Definitive Map and Statement a restricted byway from point G to point H where it meets the A303 and another restricted byway directly opposite point H on the other side of the A303 to point L as shown on Appendix 1 to the Service Manager - Rights of Way’s  report

 

(c) that if there are no unwithdrawn objections to such an order it be confirmed

 

(d) that if objections are maintained to such an order it be submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The Chair may raise any items of urgent business.
