2. 4.	Public Question Time The Chair will allow members of the public to present a petition on any matter within the Committee’s remit. Questions or statements about the matters on the agenda for this meeting will be taken at the time when the matter is considered and after the Case Officers have made their presentations. Each speaker will be allocated 3 minutes. The length of public question time will be no more than 30 minutes.

Decision: The Committee resolved in respect of an investigation into the status and alignment of DU1/25 in Brompton Regis that an order be made to: i) downgrade the way from a bridleway to a footpath; and ii) clarify that the western end of that footpath runs to the north of the field boundary between points A and B on plan H18-2019. If there are no unwithdrawn objections to such an order that it be confirmed, if objections are maintained to such an order it will be submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs.
