Details of all Members’ interests in District, Town and Parish Councils can be viewed on the Council Website at

County Councillors membership of Town, City, Parish or District Councils and this will be displayed in the meeting room (Where relevant).

The Statutory Register of Member’s Interests can be inspected via request to the Democratic Service Team.

The Chair will allow members of the public to present a petition on any matter within the Committee’s remit. Questions or statements about the matters on the agenda for this meeting will be taken at the time when the matter is considered and after the Case Officers have made their presentations. Each speaker will be allocated 3 minutes. The length of public question time will be no more than 30 minutes.

The Chair may raise any items of urgent business.

The Committee resolved in respect of Planning Application SCC/3710/2020:

(a) that planning permission be GRANTED subject to the impositions of conditions set out in the report ; and

(b) that the authority to undertake any minor non-material editing which may be necessary to the wording of these conditions be delegated to the Service Manager Planning and Development.

The Committee further encouraged the applicant to consider the addition of electric vehicle charging points and solar points and that the visitor parking was reviewed as part of the Travel Plan.
