2.	Appointment of Chair A nomination process was undertaken in advance of the meeting in accordance with the Panel’s rules of Procedure and the Panel is invited to note the appointment of Councillor Heather Shearer as Chair for the Municipal Year 2021/22.
3.	Appointment of Vice-Chair A nomination process was undertaken in advance of the meeting in accordance with the Panel’s rules of Procedure and the Panel is invited to note the appointment of the Vice-Chair for the Municipal Year 2021/22.
4.	Panel Membership The Panel is invited to note the membership as set out on the agenda frontsheet.
5.	Independent Members - ratification of appointments The Panel is invited to ratify the appointments of Julie Knight and Gary Davies following a selection process held by the Panel on 25^th May 2021.
