Consideration of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Drivers Licence
Decision: RESOLVED
That the applicant was not considered a fit and proper person to hold a hackney carriage/private hire driver licence. And that the licence be revoked. All relevant parties to the decision of the Licensing Authority have the right of appeal to Magistrates Court, in connection with this matter. This must be done within 21 days of being notified in writing of the relevant decision.
