Cllr Hall was elected as Chairman of the meeting.

Cllr Hill advised that she knew one of the candidates, Adrian Gardner in his capacity as an Officer of Sedgemoor District Council.  Cllr Hall advised that he knew Mickey Green in his capacity as an Officer of Somerset County Council.
