Public Question Time

The Chair will allow members of the public to present a petition on any matter within the Committee’s remit. Questions or statements about the matters on the agenda for this meeting will be taken at the time when the matter is considered and after the Case Officers have made their presentations. Each speaker will be allocated 3 minutes. The length of public question time will be no more than 30 minutes.

Decision:

The Committee resolved in respect of planning application no. SCC/3538/2018 that planning permission be GRANTED subject to the conditions in Section 9 of this report.

 

The Committee further resolved that authority to undertake any minor non-material editing which may be necessary to the wording of those conditions be delegated to the Strategic Commissioning Manager, Economy and Planning.

The Committee resolved in respect of planning application no. 18/04052/R3C that planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions set out in Section 9 of this report, together with an amendment to Condition 3 (Travel Plan) to include consultation with the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and local county councillor.

 

The Committee further resolved that authority to undertake any minor non-material editing which may be necessary to the wording of those conditions be delegated to the Strategic Commissioning Manager, Economy and Planning.

The Committee resolved in respect of planning application 16/05418/CPO that planning permission be granted, subject to the amended conditions regarding the Completion of Development and the Planting Maintenance Scheme set out in the late paper, and subject to the deletion of "hedgerow" from the second paragraph of the condition on the Planting Maintenance Scheme (such that the final two lines read "and the removal of the existing Leylandii species and their replacement with native species"
