3.	Accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting held on 11 January 2018 PDF 77 KB The Committee will consider the accuracy of the attached minutes.
4.	Public Question Time The Chair will allow members of the public to present a petition on any matter within the Committee’s remit. Questions or statements about the matters on the agenda for this meeting will be taken at the time when the matter is considered and after the Case Officers have made their presentations. Each speaker will be allocated 3 minutes. The length of public question time will be no more than 30 minutes.

PDF 9 MB Decision: The Committee resolved that the application to add a public footpath from AX15/14 parallel to the A371 west towards Cross in the parish of Compton Bishop and shown on Appendix 1 be refused.
6.	ITEM NOW DEFERRED TO A FUTURE MEETING - Construction of a new Road Scheme including the widening and enlargement of Junction 25 roundabout, the widening of Toneway over approx. 200m length from J.25, the construction of a new roundabout to the southwestern corner of the Gateway Park & Ride side and the construction of linking sections of road to J.25 and the A358/Ruishton Lane junction, Junction alterations, provision of pedestrian and cyclist facilities and associates street furniture on land at Junction 25, M5, Taunton. Chair of the Committee to advise that this item has been deferred to a future meeting.
