Appointment of Chair To appoint a Chair from elected members of the Committee. Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor Hazel Prior-Sankey that Councillor Pauline Ham be elected as Chair of the Officer Appeals Committee. It was seconded Councillor Tony Grimes. The motion was passed. |

Public Question Time The Chair to advise the Committee of any items on which members of the public have requested to speak and advise those members of the public present of the details of the Council’s public participation scheme. Exclusion of the Press and Public The committee are requested to consider and agree a resolution under Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 that the press and public be excluded during the remainder of the meeting on the basis that if they were present during the business to be transacted there would be a likelihood of disclosure to them of exempt information of the following description: · Information relating to any individual · Information which is likely to reveal the identity of any individual Minutes: The Committee requested to consider and agree
